Equipping Worship Leaders for End-Time Impact

True Worshippers Generation Ltd is a Ugandan faith-based non-governmental organization that aims to empower and build an end-time generation of worship leaders, singers, musicians and church leaders who are grounded in the values, skills and principles of worshiping our Heavenly Father in truth and spirit from a transformed place of intimacy, love, adoration and purity.

The organization was established in May 2018 to empower and equip this generation for wholehearted worship and effective ministry.

The church is undergoing a major spiritual shift and the Lord is on a mission to restore and rebuild the altars of worship. The Lord is looking for worship leaders who speak and sing the mind and heart of God.

He is looking for true worshippers who shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeks such to worship Him. The Lord loves to inhabit the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3); we must make room for His glory to come down with expectancy.

The bible declares in John 4:23-24 (NIV) that:

”yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth”.

How TWG Began:

The True Worshippers Generation (TWG) is a ministry committed to transforming lives through true worship in the presence of God. Founded by Dr. Victoria Kisaakye Kanobe in May 2018, she saw a great need among members of Praise & Worship teams in the Greater Masaka area of Uganda as they struggled to break through.

The Lord laid it on her heart to begin mentoring and equipping young people with principles of praise and worship leading. What began as a one-off encounter has since grown into a fully-fledged global ministry as TWG discovered many regions in Uganda and East Africa that needed this intervention.

TWG has spread throughout Uganda, crossed borders to Kenya and Tanzania, and now has connections in West Africa, the mainland USA and the Caribbean Islands. Thousands of worship leaders and many pastors have experienced transformation in their worship lives and significant growth in their music ministries.

Our Calling:

The Lord has called us to build for Him an end-time army of True Worshippers by providing powerful teachings, content and skills to worship leaders and musicians so they may deeply impact worship ministries within their Redeemed churches.

One of the primary avenues for equipping God’s people has been the organization of summits for Praise & Worship leaders and musicians.

TWG utilizes different workshops, church and community outreach program to impart skills and competencies to worship leaders, singers, musicians and church leaders in order to;

Foster an intimate love relationship with Christ.
Understand their ministry and become grounded in their calling based on biblical principles.
Engage people to become active worshipers rather than passive spectators.
Create an environment of worship that helps people connect with God during their worship services.
Strengthen their skills in music, singing, song writing, worship leading, and the use of technology and media in worship services.
To unlock the transformative power that lies in Praise and Worship during their ministry.

Mission

To contribute to the spiritual empowerment of the church through building an end time army of True Worshippers that worship our Heavenly Father in truth and in Spirit; in season and out of season from a transformed place of intimacy, love, adoration and purity.

Overall strategic objective

To empower and build an end time generation of worship leaders, singers, musicians and church leaders and children of God that are grounded in the values, skills and principles of worshipping our Heavenly Father in truth and spirit from a transformed place of intimacy, love, adoration and purity.

Specific Objectives:

Empower worship leaders and musicians with skills and competencies to understand their ministry and become grounded in their calling in order to engage the church congregation to become active worshipers.
Strengthen the capacity of the church leaders to create an environment of true worship that helps people connect with God during their worship services.
Improve the welfare of worship leaders and musicians to become a presentable workforce for the church.
